Development

The Lamar Institute of Technology provides quality education and training that enable a diverse student population to achieve its career goals. Programs are enhanced by developing and maintaining partnerships with business, industry, and the community. Faculty is dedicated to teaching, advising and scholarship. Both faculty and staff work to serve the Institute and the community.

The Lamar Institute of Technology is grateful for the generosity of our benefactors including alumni and friends, whose philanthropy fosters the continued success of the Institute and impacts the growth of our state, region and nation. Without the support of these donors, Lamar Institute of Technology could not achieve the merits and accolades for which it is known. The role of the Office of Development at the Lamar Institute of Technology is to provide recognition and thanks to our donors for their philanthropic spirit and support of higher education and to keep them informed about the use and growth of their gifts.
