Appeal Letter

If offered the opportunity to write a letter of appeal

  1. Put some effort into it.

  2. Be honest and thorough.

  3. Clearly explain your situation.
    If there are no mitigating circumstances the appeal WILL be denied.

  4. Document the circumstances.
    Failure to provide documentation WILL result in a denied appeal.

  5. You will have ONE chance to present your case.
    Multiple letters will not be accepted because the original letter is denied.

    • True & Accurate Explanation
    • Supporting Documentation - Attached
    • Appeal Guidelines Sheet - Attached

  6. Make payment arrangements with cashier.

  7. DO NOT miss class while awaiting decision

  8. PLAN TO FOLLOW all conditions, IF approved.
