Faculty and Staff
The Xitracs™ System is designed to help LIT manage our compliance reporting, planning and assessment processes. Xitracs can be accessed over an intranet/internet connection using a browser and without the need to install any software. Access to the system is controlled by a User ID and password. Your User ID is your LIT e-mail address.

Tutorials and Help Guides

As a reminder, LIT must have a copy of your current credentials to support the report that will be forwarded to SACS-COC. Using the Faculty Training PDF instructions located under the Library Tab in the Training\How to Guides folder, you must:
  1. Review, verify, and provide feedback on credentials information (Transcripts*), license and\or certifications, if expired or missing, attach a copy to the Xitracs System. All documents must be in PDF format. [ * - Note: All Transcripts must be Official, do not upload Unofficial Transcripts. ]
  2. Review, verify or provide feedback on Courses loaded into Xitracs for all semesters. If not accurate, provide feedback on corrections or any additions needed. Courses are loaded on the Census Date for each semester.
If you identify that there are missing or expired credentials (ex. Transcripts, licenses, certifications) you must:

Deliver a copy of your current credential to the Dean of Instruction, Melissa Armentor. Scan the current credential and upload it to Xitracs.
